New Horizons (Greek: Νέοι Ορίζοντες) is a Cypriot political party founded in 1996 by Nicos Koutsou, a former member of the Democratic Rally (DISY). It is a right-wing, nationalist, and socially conservative party that advocates for a strong Greek Cypriot identity and a solution to the Cyprus problem based on the principles of the Republic of Cyprus. The party has been a minor but persistent force in Cypriot politics, often aligning with other right-wing groups.

Despite its small size, New Horizons has been noted for its hardline stance on the Cyprus issue, often clashing with more moderate right-wing parties. The party has maintained close ties with the Orthodox Church of Cyprus and has been a vocal opponent of LGBTQ+ rights and abortion. In 2004, it was one of the most vocal opponents of the Annan Plan, organizing rallies and using media campaigns to sway public opinion. The party's founder, Nicos Koutsou, has also been involved in various nationalist movements and has written extensively on the Cyprus problem.
As of recent years, New Horizons has become largely inactive on the national political scene, with no representation in parliament and minimal public visibility. The party has not fielded candidates in the 2016 or 2021 legislative elections. However, it remains registered as a political party and occasionally issues statements on national issues. Its influence is now primarily felt through its ideological legacy, which has been absorbed by more prominent far-right groups in Cyprus, such as ELAM.
