Erling Haaland

Erling Braut Haaland was born on 21 July 2000 in Leeds, England, while his father, former footballer Alfie Haaland, played for Leeds United. The family moved back to Norway when Erling was three, settling in Bryne. He joined the local club Bryne FK's youth academy, where his physical and technical development was accelerated by a focus on athleticism and finishing. He made his senior debut for Bryne in 2016 at age 15, and after a brief stint with Molde FK under Ole Gunnar Solskjær, he moved to Red Bull Salzburg in 2019.
